Team Leader – Public Affairs, Arkansas National Guard

  • Managed a team of soldiers, overseeing media production for various events, including high-pressure coverage of multiple units and Annual Trainings.
  • Coordinated and executed video and photo stories, managing timelines, resources, and leadership meetings.
  • Led coverage for the AFSAM/WPW International Sniper and Small Arms Competitions, producing content under tight deadlines, contributing to the publication of photos in the Army Times and U.S. Army website.

My ultimate goal is to lead large scale projects that have a lasting impact on both military and civilian audiences, while further refining my skills as a director of photography and content creator.
